Cristiano Ronaldo is looking to invest some of its millions into the mobile health space. And so, he announced Erakulis, the soon-to-be-launched wellness app that is designed to "harmonize fitness, nutrition, and mental balance into one seamless experience."

It's not "just another app," according to the press release, but a "lifestyle revolution" meticulously crafted under the guidance of Cristiano Ronaldo, who is renowned for his healthy habits and routines.

The context

As you may know, Cristiano Ronaldo is playing for Al-Nassr FC, a prominent football club based in Saudi Arabia. He joined Al-Nassr in December 2022, in a move that was one of the most significant transfers in the football world at the time. That same move made him one of the highest-paid athletes in the world, while bringing global attention to the club and the Saudi league.

That being said, we're glad to see him investing a (small) portion of all the money he got from that deal in digital health. Also, we expect Erakulis to become an instant hit in Saudi Arabia once it launches later this year. More to come, obviously.
