Blueprint lands in the UAE as longevity moves from policy to product

Bryan Johnson has made headlines for spending millions of dollars trying to reverse his biological age. Now his supplement and nutrition brand, Blueprint, is available in the UAE, distributed exclusively through Valeo Health. For a country that approved the world's first dedicated longevity regulator in 2026, the timing is deliberate.
The Dubai Longevity Authority, established in September 2026, positioned the emirate as a serious player in the global conversation around aging and preventive health. Abu Dhabi has been building a parallel ecosystem around precision medicine, digital health and healthy living. Together, these moves signal that longevity in the Gulf is no longer a niche interest. It's a policy priority. Blueprint's entry into the market is a direct commercial response to that shift.
Blueprint was founded by Johnson after his personal experiment in slowing biological aging, a protocol built around nutrition, supplementation, exercise and sleep, all tracked with obsessive precision. The brand carries that philosophy into its products. Three principles define the range: zero compromise on ingredient quality, radical transparency about what goes into each product and why, and a 'pro-youth standard' where nutrients are selected based on measurable outcomes.
How does it work?
Blueprint is not a single product. It's a structured daily system that covers nutrition, supplementation and personal care. The UAE range through Valeo Health includes:
- Functional food products including extra virgin olive oil, protein bars and cocoa powder
- Supplements such as Longevity Mix, essential nutrients and antioxidants
- Skincare and haircare protocols designed to complement the nutrition and supplement stack
The brand publishes Certificates of Analysis for its products on its website, along with third-party testing reports for individual batches. That's a level of disclosure most supplement brands avoid. For consumers who want to know exactly what they're taking and at what dosage, it's a meaningful differentiator. And for a market increasingly shaped by health-literate, high-income consumers across the GCC, it's a smart commercial position.
Why does it matter?
The Gulf supplement and wellness market has grown quickly, but it has also attracted its share of overclaimed, underdocumented products. Blueprint's approach sits at the opposite end of that spectrum. Whether or not consumers buy into the broader longevity philosophy, the transparency standards alone represent a higher bar for the category.
Ankur Majumder, co-founder of Valeo Health, framed the launch around accessibility. "With the launch of Blueprint, Valeo Health is turning that ambition into accessible, science-led solutions," he said, "giving people across the UAE access to a globally recognised longevity approach built on transparency, structured daily protocols and evidence-based nutrition."
Bryan Johnson also confirmed the commercial direction. "We are excited to partner with Valeo Health as our exclusive GCC partner," he said. That exclusivity matters. It signals that Blueprint sees the GCC as a distinct, strategically important market, not just an extension of a global rollout.
The context
The UAE's healthcare system has been shifting steadily from reactive treatment to proactive prevention. Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia, the UAE's own national health strategies and the broader GCC digital health push have all moved in the same direction. Consumers are catching up. Demand for wearables, health screening, personalised nutrition and longevity-focused products has grown across the region's urban centres.
So Blueprint's arrival is well-timed, but the real question is whether UAE consumers will engage with the structured, data-led approach the brand requires. Longevity protocols demand consistency. They work over months and years, not days. That's a different relationship with a health product than most consumers are used to.
Still, the infrastructure is being built. The regulators are paying attention. And international brands with credible science behind them are starting to treat the Gulf as a primary market rather than an afterthought. Blueprint is available now through Valeo Health at feelvaleo.com/en-ae.
