Riyadh-based physical therapy provider Ameen (PhysioHome) closes Seed round

The Saudi startup secured funding with the participation of angel investors. No names were shared, and neither was the amount of capital raised raised.

We know that the company has previously closed a pre-seed round, led by Sanabel 500 and the Saudi Venture Capital Company, in partnership with angel investors from Oqal.

The startup also graduated from the TAQADAM Accelerator affiliated with the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).

Ameed (PhysioHome) has over 100 providers offering its tech-enabled rehabilitation services in nine cities and works with more than 700 providers through its platform. It has also signed more than 15 agreements with private and government agencies to provide discounts and health programs for employees.

Ameen, also known as PhysioHome, is a tech-enabled provider of physical therapy and rehabilitation services in homes and rehabilitation centers. The company offers specialized technical solutions in the field of home rehabilitation — such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and speech therapy, therapeutic nutrition, and personal training. One part of its business is tailored toward adults and the elderly, and the other toward children up to the age of 12 years. As of February 2023, Ameen has more than 100 providers offering rehabilitation services in nine cities and works with more than 700 providers through its platform.
