Innovaccer and Mastek join forces to bring agentic AI to healthcare across four regions

Deploying healthcare AI at scale is less about the technology and more about who opens the doors. That's the logic behind Innovaccer's new Platinum GSI partnership with Mastek, a global IT services company with over 40 years of delivery experience and 275-plus healthcare and life sciences clients across providers, payers, pharma, and public health organizations.

Mastek, listed on both the NSE and BSE in India, operates more than 4,700 specialists across 40 countries and carries a 96% client retention rate. That kind of institutional credibility with government health authorities and large health systems is not something a new market entrant builds quickly. So for Innovaccer, which has built its autonomous operations platform, Gravity, with strong traction in the US and the Middle East, Mastek solves a real market-access problem in the UK and Europe. For Mastek, the deal brings a purpose-built, Best in KLAS healthcare AI platform into its portfolio without the cost of building one from scratch.

How will it work?

Under the partnership, Mastek will deploy and localise Innovaccer's full suite of healthcare AI applications across existing and new markets. The combined offering covers:

  • Agentic revenue cycle management, including prior authorisation, coding, and denials
  • Population health and value-based care programs
  • Payer performance across Stars ratings, risk adjustment, and utilisation management
  • Patient access and contact centre operations, combining Mastek's digital front door and conversational AI expertise with Innovaccer's omnichannel scheduling and referral agents

All of this runs on Innovaccer's unified clinical and financial data layer, which handles interoperability and governance across each deployment.

Why does it matter?

Healthcare organisations across the GCC and beyond are under growing pressure to reduce administrative cost and improve operational throughput. AI agents that can automate prior authorisation, coding, and patient scheduling address exactly the workflows that consume the most capacity. But technology alone rarely closes the deal. Local delivery credibility, regulatory familiarity, and existing government relationships do. Mastek brings all three.

For the Middle East specifically, this partnership adds structured delivery capacity to a region where health system digitalisation is moving fast, driven by Saudi Vision 2030 and the UAE's national health transformation agenda. Innovaccer already has a footprint here. Mastek's network strengthens the ability to execute at the pace those markets now demand.

The context

Innovaccer was recently named a leader in the inaugural Gartner Magic Quadrant for Healthcare Provider Industry Cloud Platforms. That recognition, combined with Mastek's independent decision to build its delivery practice around Gravity, sends a clear signal to the market about where enterprise healthcare AI investment is consolidating. The partnership is not a pilot. It's a coordinated go-to-market push across four regions, targeting health systems and payers where the appetite for AI-driven operational change is high but the right platform and delivery partner have historically been missing.
