PureHealth launches Healthy Horizons to bring preventive care to Abu Dhabi’s elderly

The UAE has spent years building world-class hospitals. Now, one of its largest health networks is turning its attention to the people least likely to walk through their doors. PureHealth has partnered with the Family Development Foundation to launch Healthy Horizons, a community outreach programme aimed at Emirati senior citizens in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on preventive care, healthy ageing, and bringing older residents into the fold of digital health.

The initiative is delivered in collaboration with the Emirates Foundation and Active, and it targets a demographic that is often underserved by conventional healthcare outreach despite being among the most in need of early intervention and consistent health monitoring.
