Shezlong is the first Arab online psychotherapy platform, with over 300 psychiatrists and psychologists using its platform. It offers mental health services not only to people residing in Egypt but also to individuals who live abroad. To that end, Shezlong has therapists who speak different languages, including Arabic, English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish, Italian, Armenian as well as sign language. The service also has a matching tool, where the client selects their symptoms or how they have been feeling, and the intelligent tool matches them with a few appropriate therapists, which they then choose from.
