Xiaomi Smart Band 8

Xiaomi Band 8

The Smart Band 8 or Mi Band 8 was originally unveiled in China back in April, featuring a 1.62-inch AMOLED pill-shaped, Always on Display with 490 x 192 px resolution.

It includes all the fitness and sleep tracking that were found on the Band 7, with the added interactive fitness courses that leverage Band 8's accelerometer to help track your movements in real-time.

Xiaomi offers multiple official strap options for the Band 8, with materials such as leather, nylon fabric and metal in various styles. Furthermore, there is a pendant accessory as well as a clip that can be attached to your shoes for more advanced tracking and posture monitoring.

The Band 8's battery life is rated at 16 days with typical use and 6 days with AOD mode on. Charging is done via the proprietary two-pin charger, which promises a full charge in one hour. The price is set at €40, which will undoubtedly yet again make Xiaomi's wearable one of the most popular devices in its category.
