UAE MoHAP launches unified national platform for health licenses

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has recently launched the National Licensing Platform — a game-changer designed to cut red tape, simplify licensing for medical professionals, and standardize credentials across the country. H.E. Dr. Amin Hussain Al Amiri, Assistant Undersecretary for the Health Regulation Sector, put it simply: "By launching the national licensing platform, we look forward to establishing a globally leading health system for a healthier community."

Alla Mansour, Acting Director of the Licensing and Accreditation Department, highlighted that the platform is part of the Ministry's Zero Government Bureaucracy (ZGB) program, a strategy aimed at eliminating unnecessary administrative burdens.

"The unified platform will offer comprehensive solutions for customers seeking to adopt innovative business models and issue or renew licenses for health professionals in line with the highest international standards," Mansour stated. This effort reflects the country's commitment to fostering a modern, innovation-driven healthcare sector that remains competitive on a global scale.
