Innovaccer and Infinia team up to bring AI healthcare to the UAE

Healthcare AI company Innovaccer has formed a strategic alliance with Infinia Technologies to modernize healthcare across the United Arab Emirates. The partnership combines American AI expertise with regional digital infrastructure know-how.
Infinia Technologies is part of Abu Dhabi's International Holding Company Group. The collaboration aims to create a digital-first healthcare system that focuses on patient outcomes rather than just treating diseases.
How will it work?
The alliance brings together two key pieces: Innovaccer's Healthcare Intelligence Platform and Infinia's secure digital infrastructure expertise. Here's what they plan to build:
- A unified system that connects healthcare data across different providers
- AI tools that help doctors make better treatment decisions
- Automated administrative processes to reduce paperwork
- Better data sharing between hospitals, insurance companies, and government agencies
The system will focus on making healthcare data more useful. Instead of information sitting in isolated systems, the platform will connect different sources and use AI to spot patterns that humans might miss.
Why does it matter?
The UAE wants to become a global leader in healthcare innovation. This partnership supports that goal by addressing some major challenges in modern healthcare:
- Healthcare data is often scattered across different systems that don't talk to each other
- Doctors spend too much time on paperwork instead of treating patients
- Insurance companies and hospitals struggle to coordinate care effectively
- Government health agencies need better data to make policy decisions
"The UAE represents one of the world's most progressive healthcare ecosystems, and Abu Dhabi is rapidly becoming an international center for healthcare innovation," said Abhinav Shashank, Innovaccer's co-founder and CEO.
The context
This partnership reflects a broader trend in Middle Eastern healthcare. Countries in the region are investing heavily in digital health infrastructure as they prepare for aging populations and rising healthcare costs.
Innovaccer already works with major healthcare organizations including Orlando Health and Banner Health in the United States, plus Tawuniya Insurance in Saudi Arabia. The company specializes in using AI to automate healthcare operations and improve patient outcomes.
Infinia Technologies has completed over 400 digital transformation projects across 30+ countries. As part of the International Holding Company ecosystem, it has the regional connections and government relationships needed to implement large-scale healthcare changes.
"Healthcare is entering a defining era where data, intelligence, and digital trust will shape patient experience," said Arif Mohammad Khan, CEO of Infinia Technologies. The partnership aims to support the UAE's vision of becoming a global healthcare innovation hub.
