Madica is sector-agnostic, focusing on underrepresented founders and startups operating outside established tech hubs. The program offers personalized engagement tailored to each startup's unique needs, rather than a cohort-based approach. Madica has backed startups in diverse sectors such as AI, FemTech, Mobility, and Healthcare. Affiliated with Flourish Ventures, Madica seeks to address structural gaps in Africa's startup ecosystem by democratizing access to world-class company-building resources.
