Brainify.AI brings brain wellness scoring to Riyadh in first GCC deployment

Cognitive health is the blind spot of the modern wellness industry. Clinics across the Gulf can measure your VO2 max, your gut microbiome, and your biological age down to the cellular level. But ask for a structured, data-backed picture of how your brain is actually performing, and most facilities have very little to offer. That gap is what Brainify.AI is betting on.
The New York and Dubai-based brain measurement company has announced the launch of Brainify.AI Longevity at The Longevity Suite in Riyadh, marking the first deployment of its new platform designed specifically for luxury wellness and longevity centers. The partnership introduces what the company describes as Riyadh's first luxury brain wellness assessment experience, using non-invasive brainwave technology to generate clinical-grade cognitive data for general wellness clients.
"Longevity has done an extraordinary job measuring and improving physical health, but cognitive health has remained one of the most under-served areas, even though it's exactly what clients are asking about," said Ivan Mishanin, Co-Founder and COO of Brainify.AI. The Longevity Suite, which operates clinics in Europe and the Middle East, already offers programmes in cryotherapy, IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, and advanced diagnostics. Adding brain measurement, the company says, is a natural extension of that model.
How does it work?
The assessment takes ten minutes. A client undergoes a non-invasive brainwave scan, and the system produces a Brain Wellness Report with the following outputs:
- A Brain Vitality Score and estimated brain age
- Metrics across focus, stress resilience, and cognitive clarity
- Results benchmarked against age and sex norms drawn from Brainify.AI's proprietary database of over 500,000 brain scans
- A personalised wellness roadmap, with the option to track changes across repeat sessions
The technology behind the product was originally developed for pharmaceutical research and hospital settings. Brainify.AI has repackaged it into a consumer-facing format under the Brainify.AI Longevity platform, which includes a co-branded Brain Wellness Report, a guided assessment workflow, and access to normative data from the company's Datahub. Each wellness partner essentially receives a white-labelled cognitive health service built on clinical infrastructure.
Why does it matter?
The Saudi wellness market is growing fast, driven in part by Vision 2030's emphasis on preventive health, quality of life, and diversifying the economy beyond oil. Riyadh in particular has seen a wave of investment in premium health and longevity concepts over the past two years. But cognitive health, as Mishanin points out, has lagged behind physical health metrics in most of these offerings.
Bringing a standardised, data-driven brain assessment into a luxury clinical environment changes that. It gives practitioners something concrete to work with, and it gives clients a measurable baseline. That's not a small thing. Cognitive decline is one of the most feared health outcomes globally, and demand for early insight, well before symptoms appear, is rising sharply across high-income demographics. The GCC, with its concentration of affluent, health-conscious consumers and its broader push toward preventive medicine, is a logical market for this kind of product.
The Riyadh site will operate as a flagship location, with plans to expand to additional Longevity Suite clinics across the GCC.
The context
Brainify.AI's broader infrastructure covers clinical data acquisition through its Brain Test product, standardised processing through its Datahub, and AI-driven research through what it calls its Foundational Brain Model. The company works with pharmaceutical clients and research institutions as well as wellness centres. The Longevity platform is effectively the consumer-facing arm of that stack.
The timing is deliberate. Health technology companies with clinical roots are increasingly looking at the Gulf as a commercialisation market, particularly as Saudi Arabia and the UAE invest heavily in digital health infrastructure and preventive care programmes. For Brainify.AI, Riyadh is not just a new geography. It is a proof point for a product category that does not yet have an established competitor in the region.
