Afiya operates a platform that connects patients in Qatar with hospitals and clinics through a mobile app, handling everything from booking appointments to accessing test results, medical records, and treatment plans in one place. The tool uses AI to analyse patient records and match users with the right type of consultation, helping reduce the administrative burden on clinical staff while giving patients faster access to the care they need. Live remote consultations are built into the app, so patients can see a doctor without traveling to a facility. The platform supports Arabic and English, includes family profile management to enable users to manage healthcare for dependents, and is built to meet Qatar's regulatory standards. As of March 2026, Afiya has managed more than 6,600 medical appointments and reports a user retention rate of 99.1%, figures covered by major Qatari publications including Gulf Times and The Peninsula.
